Beginning of the period of ice wiring

FGBU "Administration of the Sea Ports of the Azov Sea" announced the beginning of the icebreaking period from 00:00 hours on 05.12.2016 due to the forecasted significant cooling and possible intensive ice formation in the seaport of Rostov-on-Don, Taganrog Bay and the Sea of Azov.

 From 00:00 hours on 09.12.2016, restrictions will be imposed on the ice navigation regime for vessels that have an ice class below Ice1 according to RMRS classifications, or with similar categories of ice strengthenings of the classification society in which the vessel is located.
